Processing Time
We aim to process all orders within 2–3 business days, unless stated otherwise. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email so you can follow its delivery progress on the courier’s website.
Domestic Shipping
We are based in Malaysia.
- West Malaysia: Flat rate of RM7
- East Malaysia: Flat rate of RM18
Estimated delivery time: 2–3 working days.
International Shipping
- Singapore: Flat rate of USD 8 (with tracking)
- Other international destinations: Shipped via DHL Express with tracking
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout after you enter your shipping address.
Important Note: For international orders, please note that any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid for the parcel to be released by customs.
Estimated delivery time: Approximately 4–7 days after the parcel is dispatched from Malaysia (subject to customs clearance and local delivery services).
